Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 1- 8oz. container of sour cream
  • 1- 8oz. block of cream cheese
  • 1- 4oz. can of green chilies
  • 1- 4oz. can of chopped black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 flour tortillas

Directions:

1)    Mix sour cream, cream cheese, green chilies, black olives and shredded cheese.

2)    Spread ¼ cup of mixture on each tortilla and roll up.

3)    Wrap in saran wrap and chill in the refrigerator overnight.

4)    Before serving, unwrap tortillas and cut into 1 inch slices

5)    Enjoy!
