Staff Recipe of the Month: Oyster Dressing

Oyster Dressing

  •  1 Can of chopped Oysters
  • 1 ½ Sleeves of Saltine Crackers
  • About 2 Cups of milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pats of Real Butter

 Spray small casserole dish with cooking spray. Lay chopped oysters on bottom. Crush saltine crackers and cover oysters. Pour milk- use just enough to where all of the crackers are soaked with the milk. Add salt and pepper over top. Place pats of real butter over the top and Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
